Driving dynamic industry growth

Dubai Film and TV Commission was established by Executive Resolution in 2012.  Part of Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, the Commission supports Dubai’s commitment to becoming a premier filming destination for local and global productions, and to supporting the growth of the media industry.

ONE-STOP SHOP

FOR FILMING IN DUBAI

The commission serves as a one-stop shop for producers, crew and film-makers, to ensure a seamless and cost-effective filming experience in Dubai. It’s the only entity authorized to issue audio and visual media production permits for producers of TV, film and commercials shot in Dubai and works with government entities, owners of shooting locations and other stakeholders.
Member of Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, the Dubai Film and TV Commission plays a major role in encouraging talent and creativity within the industry, ensuring that Dubai is the ‘go to’ place for production companies and top creative talent from around the world. In turn, this has added to the city’s social and cultural life, fostering the development of a growing local talent pool.
